Senior Client Administrator (REF:SCA01)

Job requirements:

• Graduates/ACCA/ICSA/TEP/similar
• At least 5 years' senior experience
• Well conversant with Global Business regulatory framework
• Proven track record & ability to deliver under tight deadlines
• Usual language skills but spoken English skills is a definite must

Client Administrator (REF:CA 02)

Job requirements:

• Graduates/ACCA/ICSA/TEP/similar - completed or near final
• At least 2 years' experience
• Well conversant with Global Business regulatory framework
• Proven track record & ability to deliver under tight deadlines
• Usual language skills but spoken English skills is a definite must

Senior & Semi-Senior Client Accountant (REF:CA 02)

Job requirements:

• Qualified /Near qualified accountant, well conversant with IFRS
• Between 2 to 5 years' experience in global business client accounting
• Fund accounting skills is a definite advantage
• Proven track record & ability to deliver under tight deadlines
• Usual language skills but spoken English skills is a definite must

Driver/Messenger/Office Attendant (REF:DMO01)

Job requirements:

• Preferably holds an SC or equivalent as minimum education
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar position is a definite advantage
• Mature applicant, pleasant personality & resident in Plaines Wilhems WITH a recent clean (six months or less) Certificate of morality
• Well-groomed, pleasant personality with ability to work independently and in a team
• Clean and valid motorcycle & private car driving license with a driving experience of at least 5 years
• Experience with driving manual and automatic standard and premium cars
• Must be willing & able to work at odd hours when required
• Usual language skills but basic spoken English skills is a definite must

Key responsibilities:

• Drive the motor vehicles of the Company proficiently in strict compliance with Road Traffic Regulations
• Ensure the cleanliness and good running condition of the motor vehicles of the Company
• Perform simple repairs and maintenance tasks such as fixing tyres, checking and topping up water and oil levels
• Will be required to assist with Company reception duties, attend to callers, clients and visitors including preparation and serving of drinks
• General messenger duties, open and close office
• Drive directors, management & staff to appointments or official travel and business during the work day or after hours, where applicable
• Provide assistance to staff or independently undertake office tasks, including but not limited to, photocopying, scanning filing, delivering correspondences, carrying parcels, packages and delivery and collection of office documents and archiving of documents and files
• Maintaining office storage facility (ensuring it is clean, secure and orderly tidy)
• Assisting staff, receptionist or independently, when needed, to ensure appropriate quality of service of tea/collation/table settings for guests or clients attending board meetings or visiting the office
• Assist in purchasing & storage of stocks of kitchen items and checking of kitchen items upon delivery
• Run general errands for the office
• Run general errands, driving or other duties personal to the directors
• Any other relevant duties as assigned by directors, Management or any other person designated by the Company
